Flatbed trailer pre-shipment inspection

1.Before starting the flatbed transport truck, a basic condition check must be carried out to see if there are any obstacles around the flatbed transport truck when parking;

2.Are there any suspicious oil stains or water stains on the ground where the flatbed transport truck is parked?

3.Whether the tire pressure on the chassis of the flatbed truck is sufficient.

Tire pressure is an important factor affecting the transportation safety of flatbed transporters, because during transportation, the tires of flatbed transporters will compress and expand, which is the so-called tire deformation. This phenomenon is even more serious when the tire pressure is low and the vehicle speed is high. Obviously, at this time, the internal temperature of the tire is abnormally high, which may cause the rubber layer to separate from the covering layer, or the outer tread rubber to break and fly, causing a puncture and vehicle accident.
Therefore, under any circumstances, the tire pressure of flatbed transport vehicles must be guaranteed to be the value specified in the manufacturer’s standards. Proper tire pressure also has a great impact on the fuel economy of flatbed trucks. Improper tire pressure will increase the rolling resistance of the flatbed truck’s tires, thereby increasing the flatbed truck’s fuel consumption.

Features
The use of highly elastic solid tires can enhance the load-bearing capacity and service life of the trailer, and reduce damage to the cargo caused by vehicle bumps during driving; the use of double suspended slewing brackets can self-adjust the balance and stability of the flatbed; pins at each joint The materials are all made of alloy steel and processed with special treatment; the design is reasonable and the I-beam main beam is used to increase the load-bearing capacity and improve the stability of the vehicle.
