Hydraulic jacks are important components for rollover. According to different load tonnage, there are generally several diameters such as 110, 125, 130, 150, etc. Generally, the standard load does not exceed 60 tons. 110 5+1 (5 lifting cylinders, one displacement cylinder) or 130 4+1 is used; heavy loads of 80 tons-120 tons generally use 6+1 or 7+1 150 cylinders. Displacement jacks generally use 160 or 180 cylinders.

In the above picture, there are 6 channel steels to reinforce one support point. The number of diagonal braces should be reasonable, of course, the more the better. The more rollover diagonal braces, the smaller the force each fulcrum bears, and the higher the reliability. Generally, there are 5 fulcrums for a 13-meter rollover and 6 for a 15-meter rollover. Pay attention to the rotating bracket on the top of the diagonal brace. When rolling over, the pin must be pulled out. If the design here is unreasonable and it is easy to be unable to be pulled out if it is a little bent, it will affect the unloading.
