The tank trucks used should be manufactured by the manufacturer designated by the state and have obtained an operating license. Firefighting equipment should be available on the vehicle.

There should be escort personnel when the tank truck is driving, and other people are prohibited from riding. Drivers and escort personnel are prohibited from smoking on the vehicle. Tank trucks are not allowed to tow trailers. “Danger” signs should be hung when driving.

The driver shall not start the vehicle during loading and unloading.

When the temperature inside the vehicle reaches 40 degrees, safety measures such as sunshade or water cooling outside the tank should be taken.

If the tank truck needs to stop on the way, it should be in a well-ventilated place with no open flames and buildings within 10 meters to prevent exposure. The driver and escort personnel shall not stay away from the vehicle at the same time. It is not allowed to stop in government agencies, factories, mines, warehouses and crowded places.

When a large amount of liquefied gas leaks from the tank truck, the leak should be stopped urgently and the vehicle shall not be started. At the same time, contact the relevant units and departments immediately, cut off all fire sources, and take fire prevention and fire extinguishing measures in time.
